Client Fixes
* Fixed the Firepit bug and exploit. * Fixed some out-of-sync bugs. * Added fixes to increase the detection of players using multiplayer hacks, cheats and out-of-sync clients in online gameplay. * Fixed the text of some cards, units and techs.
New Features
* Added custom online scenario support for multiplayer games. o Certain conditions, triggers and effects are usable while in ESO.
Balance Changes
* Iroquois Starting Travois is not able to transform into Warhuts in Nomad Age or Discovery Age. Starting Travois is now called "Discovery Travois" and is a clone of the current unit that can build everything it can now, EXCEPT Warhuts. Great House card reduces cost of Town Centers by 25% (down from 50%). Damage is reduced to 50% down from by 100%. Kanya Horsemen receive x2 bonus modifier versus Artillery. Musket Rider receive x2.5 bonus modifier versus Artillery. Light Cannon range reduced to 32 from 34. Agrarian Ways card changed to provide no cost (set wood, gold, food to 0) for upgrades of mills and plantations. * France Thoroughbreds card provides a 15% reduction in both cost and training time. No longer provides a reduction in population cost for Cuirassiers. * Russia Settler Batch trains faster, time reduced by 2 seconds. * Aztecs Eagle Runner Knights reduced hand attack and ranged damage by 2 and increased bonus factor versus Heavy Cavalry and Coyote Runners from x2.5 to x3. Coyote Runners increase speed from 6 to 6.25. The Warchief aura bonus multiplier is increased from x2 to x3. Agrarian Ways card changed to provide no cost (set wood, gold, food to 0) for upgrades of mills and plantations. * Spanish Rodeleros hand attack reduced by 2 and increased bonus factor versus cavalry from x3.0 to x3.5. * Dutch No change. * Portuguese Organ Guns improved versus buildings, siege bonus changed from x0.5 to x0.75. * Ottoman Abus Gun train faster, time reduced 3 seconds, 42 down from 45. * Sioux Dog Soldiers train faster, train points down to 55 from 60. I think im gonna become a lt colonel with germans and then play with ports and own everyone. this is my dream patch. Sioux, were boosted, germans are too, and even though its not THAT much more, its enough so i think it will make a difference. Eagle runners and cuirs got their asses handed to them, im quite happy.
and now uhlans have 30% ranged armor! i REALLY like uhlans

ben, the russian thing saves you a minute after building THIRTY batches of peasants. So russians werent really helped im sorry to say. Due to the fact that all calvary as at least 20% ranged resistance now. the +.75 % isnt going to help, except against cuirs.
most likely russians are just going to be the same, maybe a little better, but not by much. aztec are going to be different, but now more vulnerable to fast heavy infanrty and ranged calvary

False. The faster building vills help enormously. One of the very weaknesses of the Russian economy is the fact that they have a low vill count early in the game. This will help to solve that. I can now age up to age 2 6 seconds faster meaning I can get all those vital age 2 shipments faster too since I send nothing usually in age 1. Moreover, once the rush starts, I will have a higher peasant count during every point during the rush since I usually don't stop building vills at any point during the rush so when I'm done, I'll be in much better shape. Also, in treaty games I will be maxed out on vills a minute sooner (like you said) and get imperial that much sooner. Oh yeah, and my cossacks and cavalry archers are going to kick some fucking ass. It about damn time.
The Aztec changes are less significant but still good in some scenarios. The Eagles are now about 12% weaker but are about 20% stronger against heavy cav (10% I guess if you count the ranged armor thing) which is not crushing because eagles are still the best light cav type unit in the game. They beat ruyters, dragoons, cav archers, and even some light inf like strelets, and skirms... even more so with attack dance. The ONLY heavy infantry I feared were rodeleros, but those got nerfed too. Do the math. I'll just have to get better at microing the fire pit and switching it to attack dance more when I'm not building shit. That will more than compensate for the eagles loss. The coyote thing isn't huge but will help a lot with skirms in open areas and with vill raids. The WC XP thing is HUGE, and I mean HUGE for our puma rush... It could easily get me another whole shipment or two which are vital to helping me recover quickly. Check out the game Tim and I won last night for more details.

Consider it this way Patrick... the Russian build time is like your new German shipment thing. The added 4% or whatever only means that you'll be getting 1 "extra" shipment every 25 total shipments. Not significant, but it means throughout the game you'll be getting them just a few seconds earlier than you normally do... like my vills. It's not huge, but it'll help a bit.

well i was hoping for faster shipments for the germans but i guess i cant get everything i want . And i was thinking more in treaty for russian bonus, , not sup, but yea, it does help them a lot in sup. But russians needed the boost for sup.

no its not true, all those changes that we thought would happen actually are in the game. there are actually other changes that werent mentioned at all.

Settler Wagons can no longer be built after a revolt!
Outposts and Blockhouses now get a 50% bonus against Coyote Runners and Eagle Knights, the same as they get against cavalry.
Pirates from the Saloon now get a 300% bonus against Coyote Runners and Eagle Knights, the same as they get against cavalry.
Swedish Fusiliers now get a 50% bonus against Coyote Runners and Eagle Knights at range, the same as they get against light cavalry.
Gatling Guns now get the same -50% modifier against Arrow Knights as Organ Guns do. (Note however that their modifier against buildings remained at -50% while the one for Organ Guns was reduced to -25% as described in the patch notes.)
Ironclads now benefit from the standard naval upgrades (Cannonade and Armor Plating) like any other warship.
Tupi Blackwood Archers shipped from the home city now benefit from the Infantry Breastplate upgrade.
Cree Trackers and Klamath Riflemen shipped from the home city now benefit from the Counter Infantry Rifling upgrade.
The Nootka Chief now benefits from the Champion Nootka upgrade.
Villagers working on farms now benefit from the Klamath Work Ethos upgrade.
Coyote Runners now benefit from the French Team Hand Cavalry Damage card.

I realized what I did was click on the Patch 1.12 for Vanilla... NOT 1.04 for WarChiefs. Obviously, that patch has no natives and no treaty card changes and stuff because it's not needed. Those other fixes are good too. I always wished that the team cavalry card helped my poor coyotes. :/ I still think eagles are the best Aztec unit but this patch will help them against cavary based civs like the french and sioux, as if the aztecs needed better anti cav.

ben, there were no positives for the aztecs . towers, and pirates no get bonuses against them. and ERK got their attack reduced. Which means they probably wont own skirmishers at all now
