Good news: I have no time restraints on returning, we can get back whenever you all need to.
Bad News: I have no time restraints on returning AT ALL, we can get back whenever you all need to. Yes, I didn't get my job.

Aww, seriously? That sucks... I'm really sorry Pat, especially since it took them that long. What a disappointment

I'll be home, but depending on the time scale you have in mind I may or may not be able to go. My niece's birthday party is starting at 5, I can be a little late, but I would like to be there. If that fits in there, I'd be glad to come.
Yeah, so I'll be emergency job searching when our trip ends, or perhaps during.

Possible bad news Pat... It's supposed to rain on Saturday. However, we should definitely get together anyway and come up with some kind of back up plan!

How to Prepare for the Road Trip:
1) Everyone coming on the road trip must provide their own computer, preferably a laptop because no one will help you carry a desktop. D has ONE extra computer at his place. One. If you do not bring your computer, you will share this one computer with everyone else who does not bring one. If someone who does bring one has computer has his computer break or run too slowly, they automatically get the backup over those who brought nothing. In this case, those who brought nothing will sit out until someone is willing to give their computer up. No exceptions.
2) Everyone coming on the trip must install the following with all the latest patches (listed in order of importance): - Age of Empires III: The Asian Dynasties - Age of Empires II: The Conquistadors - Hamachi - COD: United Offensive - UT 2004 - Worms 2 - Ventrillo If you do not install them, you will install them while everyone else plays the game. If the game is over before you are done installing, you're shit out of luck. I believe Jake owns the only copy of UT 2004 and we own the only copy of Worms 2. Good Idea #1: Install them while you are on the bus, or in the car, or before you leave by seeing someone who has it!
3) If you are heading down or coming back by train alone, it is your responsibility for ordering train tickets, not me since I don't have enough money to spot everyone. Take the train from Worcester to East Lancing. It leaves on Sunday the 18th and arrives on Monday the 19th. D will pick you up when you tell him what time it arrives. As far as I know, Ben Tim PatB and NickA are going by car, and Josh Nick and Chris are going by train. Jake may chose either if he decides to come knowing that the train will be more money by the car will be a tight fit.
4) Everyone coming on the trip must bring money. You will need it for food, drinks, and other non-gaming activities. Once again, we will NOT be spotting you so allow yourself $50-100 or so and you'll need whatever you don't spend anyway.
5) Everyone coming on the trip will not be a whiny bitch. The trip is going to be the highlight of the summer. This includes, but is not limited to the following: - Pit Stops. The strongest bladder, not the weakest, will determine when we need them. Period. - Teams. You will get a chance to be on everyone's team... I promise. We'll try to make them fair as best we can. - Hardware. Again, we do the best we can. If something goes wrong, get a new one.
6) If you are not coming on the trip, we can still play many of the games with you. Everyone should have Hamachi at this point, so we can play most of the games on it. The timing may not be perfect, but we'll try to include you in some stuff.
7) More to come...

Ben, not that I disagree on any particular points, but policy while in my car is subject to revision by me, (this is mostly in response to the subclause of the whiny bitch paragraph about pit stops) the driver (and me, if driver is not me at the time) have that power. Yes, I agree that it shouldn't be constantly.
Also, bring the stuff I need to install when you come to my apartment, I'll install the stuff I don't have in the evening.
