Now we all know that the French getting their 2 pop ponie card is a big hit with everyone (?) but it seems they arent the only ones getting in on the action.
Yesterday someone mentioned on a Ask Sandy thread that he had heard from an a secret source that portuguesse from a card dragoons get 6 range and 6 attack and another card that says mortars get 10 range and 6 attack.
Now woah woah woah. 6 Range to a dragoon? thats a FUCKLOAD of range. OF course everyone doubted it but in another ask sandy thread , sandy said that hte ports get the best mortar card in the game. So that kinda solidifies his case.
He could just be making shit up too. But 2 pop ponies? i wouldnt believe that if i had just seen it.

6 range and 6 attack (pretty much +50% attack and range)? Doesn't that basically make them like the old school warwagons... only cheaper and 2 pop? Fuck that shit. I'm stoked about my wood bank card but they really should have make that card for cavalry archers... a unit that really does suck. I mean, the ports and the French really are the two worst civs at this point, so I guess they need it but damn. Heh, none of that will matter though if we rush the fuck out of them will it?

Hey, dont worry, people are shotting OP too all civs right now. Especially the brittish who get nighten gale which makes houses heal units and 2 pop cuirs.
And all civs will get cards that are only available after level 40, i think 2 each or something like that, the russians are already getting the strelet to musket musket card so they will probably get one more.

Q) If Russians get a good age 1 card in the Xpack, they will rock A – here are the new 1st age Russian cards in the X-Pack Ranching – lets livestock pens train cows Distributivism – sets up a wood trickle that lasts all game. The exact amount is subject to PT of course, but is currently 1.25 wood/second Land Grab – cost of Mills, Plantations, & Livestock pens reduced. Build speed increased. Economic Theory – settlers gather 10% faster at practically everything. Thus, if you currently have 20 settlers, this is like adding +2 settlers immediately, and more over time. Happy? Note that other civs have some of these, or variations thereof – none of these 1st age techs are unique to Russia. On the other hand, no one has them all, so this assortment of techs IS unique.
