It seems ES is quite tricky, and instead of actaully stating that rushings were being nerfed they just did it.
Musketeer Train time decreased by 10% and villager train time decreased by 10%. these units still build faster than any others. Just a "nerf" of a bonus

Yeah, I lost three fucking games in a row last night... I think I just need to get used to these damn indians a bit more.

Yeah, I think each of the games had one or more of the Indian civs in them... I'm just not used to the units or quick enough to counter them. Also, Dispite the cards that I get, I don't have instant infantry. It may not seem like a big deal, but when you only have 7 blockhouses and they are spread across the map, it's a huge deal. The second game, I almost won single-handedly but my partner was a 100% noob... and all of us were rated at level 10 or lower. The problem is, for the next month or so, evereyone's powerrating is going to be messed up until they play enough games to matter. Damn it all

Yea well im actually starting to win. Im getting the feel of my iroquios and not being stupid with them (rushing). They have some awesome merc cards. for 1000 gold a tc and 10 peasants, for 500 gold 5 french ponies, these really make a difference in the game! I recently rebounded from my 6 game losing streak (3 games won in a row now) just because im getting to the know the units and such. And bien, a lot of people are having problems against the aztecs and sioux just because they dont know what the hell is going on!

Yeah, the Aztec players came at me with HUGE fucking hoards of intantry, and I really can't tell the difference between all of them so I have no idea what to couter with cuz they all look the same until I get used to them. I also have another question... what does the card "economic theory" do? It just says "increases gather rates for villagers and fishing ships"... well... what kind of gather rates and how much? Anyone know or have a new players guide?

eco theory increases the work rate of everything, fish boats and peasants, by 10%, it only says the stats for one civ. Who knows why.
Its a good card for spanish because they can get that 2nd shipment before age up and still almost have one when age 2 rolls around. it really helps.
